- Store the brownies in an airtight container to keep them moist.
- Make sure the brownies are warm, not hot out of the oven, when spreading on the frosting.
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the melted butter and cocoa powder in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined.
- Pour the batter into a parchment paper-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 25 minutes or until brownies are set. Remove to cool.
- To make the frosting, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and spreadable. Spread the frosting over the warm (not hot!) brownies. Refrigerate until cooled, then cut into squares.
